Suzy Bashford is Editor of www.makeadifference.media, the sister platform of The Watercooler Event. In this role she’s passionate about covering the topics that matter in the workplace when it comes to workplace culture, employee health, to spark and fuel ongoing conversations. As the platform name suggests, as an interviewer she likes to ask questions that lead to making a genuine difference and lasting change. Suzy has been a freelance journalist for over 20 years, writing for a vast array of media titles from newspapers like the Guardian and The Financial Times to women’s glossies like Red and Psychologies magazines. She’s written on all manner of topics, with particular interests in the creative industries and women in business but, latterly, her focus has been on the health and wellbeing sector. Suzy is also an award winning podcaster and host of creativity podcast Big Juicy Creative, as well as community podcast Kincraig Cares, both of which touch on wellbeing and mental health.
