Environmental Wellbeing

Environmental wellbeing crosses over with all the other pillars of wellbeing. It includes workplace design and all of the factors that influence wellbeing related to this (from designing workplaces that encourage collaboration in a hybrid world of work, and meeting the needs of neurodiverse colleagues, through to air purity and biophilia). It also links to the sustainability agenda. Wellbeing (broadly) is acknowledged in the UN’s Global Goals (officially Sustainable Development Goals) - both in SDG 3 (good health and wellbeing) and SDG 8 (decent work).

At The Watercooler you’ll be able to explore:

  • workplace design for wellbeing
  • healthy working environments
  • employee engagement
  • environmental sustainability initiatives

  • Panel Discussion: The Key Elements of Healthy Working Environments
